Susan M. Huber,
Founder,
started in the temporary employment business in 1978. She gained a quality reputation through honesty, integrity, empathy, tenacity and flexibility. Above All has provided continuous service to various client companies since Above All Personnel's inception in 1995.
Conni (Huber) Baker,
President/Owner,
has been an integral part of Above All* Personnel, since its founding in 1995 when Susan Huber established the company. Conni’s extensive experience and industry knowledge has played an importat role in the continued growth of Above All*. Known for her exceptional work ethis, Conni is also a dedicated teacher and thoughtfil listener who is committed to supporting both her team and their clients.
Gina Rakers,
Sr. Personnel Coordinator,
has over 8 years of customer service background in remarkably diverse industries. Gina enjoys matching candidates with the right clients, carefully piecing together the puzzle to create successful placements. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to building strong relationships make her a valuable asset to the Above All* team.
Kristi Conrath,
Personnel Coordinator / Business Development,
brings 10 plus years of customer service experience to Above All*. Her primary focus is understanding our clients’ needs and providing exceptional support. Dedicated to creating positive and relatable experience, Kristi works hard to build strong relationships. Her bubbly personality and energetic attitude help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Jen Sawhill,

draws on more than 7 years in sales and client relations experience in her role at Above All*. She builds strong, lasting relationships through clear communication, transparency, and reliability. With a positive, client-first approach, Jen takes time to understand our clients’ individual needs and connects them with the best solutions Above All* has to offer.

Receptionist / Personnel Coordinator,
offers Above All* a strong background in customer service, education, and working directly with people from all walks of life. She enjoys working with people and is always eager to learn. Maddie’s approachable personality and genuine care of others provides fresh, positive energy.

has 22 years of experience in the temporary, temp to hire and direct hire industry. Shelly has the ability and personality to build on-going quality business relationships with both clients as well as associates. Shelly brings outstanding recruiting, customer service and sales skills to the Above All* team.
